Her approach is based on accumulation and analysis of relevant data: using information from performance reviews, the executive’s own awareness, external assessments, manager comments, and HR insight.
Ronnie works with the executive to insure that he/she has and understands the information necessary to develop a perspective on how they are viewed by others so that a plan of growth can be created. Your executive’s growth and development may naturally include many areas and Ronnie uses the data culminated plus priorities of the organization to create a plan of action for the executive. Frequent communication via meeting takes place while the path is navigated.
